Choosing a route
Procurement or OEM: start with the brief, not the label
Every product starts the same way: with what you want to make and who you want to sell it to. The service name comes later.
Start with procurement when
You know the product you need and want it supplied to your specification, without rebuilding anything from zero. Packaging, labels, and volumes can all be adjusted, but the product itself already exists in some form.
Choose OEM when
The product should exist only under your brand. You either bring a formula, or we start from an existing base and adjust it to fit your brief: texture, scent, packaging, label, story.
Most projects sit somewhere in between. A product sourced to spec today can become an OEM line next season. Tell us where you are, and we'll recommend the route that fits, not the one that's easiest to sell you.

What's the minimum order size?
Minimums depend on the product and the factory, so we confirm them in the first conversation. We work with independent brands and small traders, so we're used to honest conversations about volume.
Can you handle packaging and labels?
Packaging and label design are part of the customization scope, from choosing materials to specifying what goes on the label. The details get confirmed against your brief before production.
Do you work with existing formulas?
Yes. If you have a formula, we help you find the right factory to produce it. If you don't, we start from an existing base and adjust.
