How we work
A process where you always know what happens next.
No black boxes, no disappearing acts. Each stage has one job, and you get a say at every one of them.

The four stages of an engagement
A typical project moves through these stages. Timing depends on the product and factory, so we confirm realistic dates at each checkpoint.
- 1
Share your brief
Product type, target market, rough quantities, label and packaging thoughts. Rough ideas are welcome; we'll ask the questions that fill the gaps.
- 2
Choose the route
We map procurement, OEM, or a mix, and propose the factory setup that fits. You get the options and the reasoning behind the recommendation.
- 3
Align specs and costs
Formula, packaging, labels, and pricing are worked out against your brief and confirmed in writing before anything moves forward.
- 4
Produce and follow up
The factory runs the order. We stay available for questions during production and for planning the next batch.
Working principles
The steps are simple. The principles underneath them matter more.
One conversation at a time
We don't bury decisions in long email threads. Each stage has a clear focus, and you always know what we need from you next.
Clarity before commitment
Specs, costs, and the route are confirmed before production starts. What you approve is what gets made, no surprises halfway through.
You keep control
Direct factory access means you hold the relationship. We stay involved as long as you need us, and you can take it from there when you're ready.
Our side of the process
Three things we keep out of the process
Most process descriptions tell you what happens. Here's what we deliberately avoid:
- No pressure to decide on the first call. You're comparing options; we're helping you compare. The route can change as the brief gets clearer.
- No surprise costs. Anything that affects price is raised before it affects your budget, not after.
- No disappearing after the order. Production questions come up; we stay reachable through the run and into the next one.
The process exists so you can focus on the product. Everything else is our job to keep simple.
Questions about the process
How long does a project take?
It depends on the product, formula, and factory schedule. We give you realistic timing in the first conversation, then confirm dates at each stage.
What do you need from me to start?
A rough brief: what you want to make, for whom, and in what quantity. Anything you don't know yet, we'll help you figure out.
Can the brief change after we start?
Yes, within reason. Changes can affect specs and costs, so we confirm any adjustments before acting on them. Clear briefs change less, but they still change.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your brief and come back with the first clarifying questions. The goal of the first conversation is to map the route, not to close a sale.
Start with one message
Send the rough idea and we'll walk you through the stages from there. You'll know the route before you commit to anything.
